We invite you to join us at the beach again this year for our spring meeting featuring Fellow activities, a nursing track, addresses from ASCO and NCCN representatives, a tumor board and presentations on topics including (but not limited to): breast, GI, leukemia, NSCLC, and radiation oncology.

If your company is not a Corporate Partner, but you ARE interested in becoming one and taking advantage of all the benefits that come with that, including the discounted exhibitor rate, please email me ([email protected]) and I will get you the necessary information before you proceed with filling out the exhibitor prospectus. 

If you are a Corporate Partner and have not received an email from me please email me ([email protected]) and I will send you the exhibitor prospectus specific to your membership level. Please include your company name along with your membership level (Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Diamond Elite).

Call in reservations are processed exclusively through Hilton Central Reservations Department at 800-618-4350.  Guests wishing to book by phone should mention the group code 912 when calling.  Extended dates are based upon availability and may not be available via the booking link. 

Instructions for Guests wishing to check availability to extend their stay:

• Edit travel dates at the top of the landing page, then click the UPDATE icon
• If the requested dates are not available at the group rate, reach out to Central Reservations at 1-800-618-4350 and mention your group code 912 for assistance. 

Reservations should be booked prior to the cut-off date, Tuesday, March 11, 2025.  The room block includes a 5-day cancellation policy.  Any changes or cancellations to any reservation less than 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a one-night room and tax penalty.
